Vývar: Nejen romské recepty pro snesitelnější klima

On 23 June 2026 we launched the edited volume Vývar at the Tusculum Art Centre on the historic grounds of the Chittussi Hospital in Prague, and cooked select Romani dishes from the book.

Natálie Nováková, Daniela Hanusová, Kateřina Holá and Michaela Dudová of the Graduate Program of Gender Studies and the Department of Anthropology presented themes and chapters of the book that can be ordered @ https://knihy.artmap.cz/vyvar/ – Romani recipe postcards are available in the office 2.39 (20 Kč).
