The scholarship is awarded to students with the bes which is calculated as an arithmetic average of all grades the student achieved in the pre year. ****************************************************************************************** * Other Sources of Scholarships and Funding ****************************************************************************************** Other options of funding your studies can be found through national governments and other institutions. The Czech Ministry of Education, Youth, and Sports (MEYS) [ URL "https://www of-work/tertiary-education"] offers scholarships to foreign students and researchers. Thes are based on exchange programs and agreements between the Czech Republic and other countri anywhere between 2 to 10 months and each of them defines specific eligibility criteria. The MEYS also offers scholarships from the International Visegrad Fund. Established in 200 promote closer co-operation between the four Visegrad Group countries – Czech Republic, Sl and Poland. The program offers various types of grants for different shareholders; the Vis is intended for Master’s and Doctoral students. These scholarships are awarded not only to from the Visegrad countries but also to applicants from Albania, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Bela and Herzegovina, Croatia, Georgia, North Macedonia, Moldova, Monte Negro, Russian Federati Ukraine, enabling them to study in one of the V4 countries; the same rules apply also to a Kosovo.
