Course Registration

            * Course Registration in Summer Semester 2023/2024

            Course registration at the Faculty of Humanities will be organized in two phases. Because 

            the date of course registrations has been amended in the schedule of the 2023/2024 academi
            "FHSENG-1297.html "] .

            * Tuesday, September 19, 2023, from 8AM to 8PM

            *=========================================================================================
            The following rules will apply on the first day of course registrations:

            • BA students will be able to register for BA courses only
            • MA students will be able to register for MA courses only
            • Students will be allowed to register max. 4 courses and choose a section of the course, 

              This limit does not apply to compulsory courses which are registered for the students by
              staff.
            • Participants of life-long programs at the Faculty of Humanities will also be able to reg

              courses in this phase.

            * Wednesday, September 20, 2023, from 10AM to October 15, 2023, 11:59PM
            *=========================================================================================

            • All students (BA, MA, PhD) will be able to register for any Faculty course according to 
              rules.
            • Students will be able to register for further 6 courses. The overall limit for course re

              the SIS is 10 courses. This limit does not include compulsory courses.
            • Course instructors are allowed to make exceptions and register students for their course
              to do so.

            * Course Registration for students of other CU faculties

            • Course registration for CU students outside the Faculty of Humanities will be open from 

              2023, 12PM until October 15, 2023, 11:59PM.

            • Course registrations are organized online via the Student Information System [ URL "http

              studium/eng"] . You can find the course registration dates and deadlines in the schedule
              year [ URL "https://fhs.cuni.cz/FHSENG-1218.html"] - registrations are organized in Sept
              October (winter semester) and February (summer semester).

            • If you experience any issues with course registration, please, contact your study progra

            • There are three categories of courses - compulsory courses, elective courses, and option

              can register for elective and optional courses via the SIS. Compulsory courses are regis
              your study program administrator at the beginning of the academic year.
