Dean´s Directive No. 15/2021 ****************************************************************************************** * ****************************************************************************************** Title: Determination of the range of personal remuneration for employees of To implement: Article 8(3) of the Internal Wage Regulation of Charles University Date of effect: 1 January 2022 *========================================================================================= * Determination of the range of personal remuneration for employees of the Faculty of Huma University *========================================================================================= ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Article 1: Introductory provisions ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ In accordance with Article 8(3) of the Internal Wage Regulation of Charles University, I h the range of personal allowances for employees of the Faculty of Humanities of Charles Uni (hereinafter referred to as the "Faculty"). ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Article 2: Range of personal remuneration ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1.A faculty employee may be awarded a personal remuneration of up to 100% of his/her salar 2.A faculty employee who achieves outstanding work results over a long period of time and exceptionally significant scientific, research, artistic or pedagogical activities or pr activities may be awarded a personal remuneration of up to 150% of his/her salary tariff ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ Article 3: Final Provisions ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ 1.This directive shall enter into force on the date of signature. 2.This directive shall enter into force on 1 January 2022.
