Short-term doctoral mobilities ****************************************************************************************** * ****************************************************************************************** In order to better meet the diverse needs of doctoral students and to ensure equal opportu students can carry out short-term study or traineeship mobility abroad within the Erasmus+ through which it is now easier for doctoral students to complete a compulsory internship a General Information Call for Applications and Selection Procedure Upon return ****************************************************************************************** * General Information ****************************************************************************************** The difference between Study Mobility and Traineeship Mobility • Study Mobility: preparation of dissertation, consultation, visit the library, etc. • Traineeship Mobility: practical internships are specific in that their content is not di focused on writing your dissertation. It is necessary to perform specific work/tasks for institution. Who can apply? • at the start of the mobility, the student must be enrolled in the 4th year of the doctor at the latest • the student must be enrolled in the given study programme at FHS for the duration of the abroad Please note: when planning your mobility, it is also necessary to plan the fulfillment of obligations at FHS, so that by the time you start your mobility you have properly fulfille obligations in the given section of your studies. The mobility does not entitle to postpone your study obligations prescribed by your ISP fo academic year. Duration of mobility • the period of physical mobility abroad should be 30 days (in exceptional and justified c shortened to 21 days) • if students have already completed an Erasmus+ study or traineeship programme in the thi total duration of the study and/or traineeship already completed and that applied for ma months Erasmus+ Grant2023/24 academic year • up to and including 14 days of physical mobility €79 / per day • from 15 to 30 days of physical mobility €56 / per day ****************************************************************************************** * Call for Applications and Selection Procedure ****************************************************************************************** Applications are to be submitted to a given deadline. The current application deadline to the 3rd round of call for short-term doctoral mobiliti academic year 2023/2024 is set to 10 May 2024 (including). Call of Applications Calendar deadlines 1. round beginning of August 2. round beginning of October 3. round beginning of March 4. round beginning of May The mobility must take place in the period from 1 October to 15 September of the given aca (i.e. in the academic year 2023/2024, the mobility may take place in the period from 1 Oct September 2024).
