Partner univer contact the students directly to provide them with instructions concerning their applicati calendar, or available courses. The students should also proactively seek this information universities' websites. *========================================================================================= * APPLICATION IN THE CU ONLINE SYSTEM *========================================================================================= Students shall complete all missing information in the online system [ URL "https://is.cun and finalise the application by clicking on the green arrow sign. *========================================================================================= * STUDY PLAN *========================================================================================= The content of the study plan should correspond with the student's study programme in orde recognised as an integral part of their studies. The recognition takes the form of choosin to the courses taught at the partner institution from among the elective courses of the st programme at the Faculty of Humanities. The study plan can be made up of mandatory, electi optional courses. If a course taken abroad has no specific equivalent in the student's acc programme, it shall be recognised as an optional subject. The student is then responsible for obtaining a from the partner university. If the partner university requires the document to be sent by the International Office can arrange it upon student's request, given that the student pre required documents and brings them to the International Office at a reasonable time before by the partner institution. *========================================================================================= * EURO BANK ACCOUNT *========================================================================================= In order to receive the Erasmus scholarship, the student shall open a Czech bank account i currency. How perfectly fine if you choose another bank. *========================================================================================= * LETTER OF ADMISSION AND THE DECISION OF THE DEAN TO AWARD THE GRANT *========================================================================================= The partner institution shall provide the student with the official Letter of Acceptance. this letter to the International Office, together with the approved Learning Agreement, th may be granted to the student. The International Office issues a Decision of the Dean thro scholarship amount granted to the student is specified. The  scholarship amount depends on country of the study stay. An average amount is 430€ per month.
