            Article 1: Contribution to interest on a special-purpose loan for housing-related needs

            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
            In accordance with Article 3(7) of Dean's Measure No. 3/2017, as amended by Dean's Measure
            hereby determine that in the calendar year 2023, the interest contribution on the special-

            housing-related needs

            shall not be paid,


            since, in view of the balance and previous use of the social fund held by the Faculty, it 
            that its payment would jeopardise the payment of the allowances provided for in Articles 1

            Measure No 3/2017, as amended by Dean's Measure No 21/2019.

            Article 2: Final provisions
            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

            1.This measure shall enter into force on the date of signature.
            2.This measure shall enter into force on 1 January 2023.
            3.This measure repeals the measure of the Dean of the Faculty No. 1/2022 on the date of it

              force.
