            Doc. PhDr. Tereza Pospíšilová, M.A., Ph.D., is an associate professor of sociology at the 
            of Sociology, Charles University. Her research focuses on interdisciplinary topics volunte
            philanthropy. She is the author of the monograph Central European University in Prague and

            a Study of Transnational Philanthropy (SLON, 2017), co-author of Stories of Civic Sector B
            the Czech Republic after 1989 (Karolinum, 2019), and author of numerous articles and chapt
            actively involved in the International Society for Third Sector Research (ISTR). She has w

            governmental non-profit organisations and has authored or co-authored research for the Cze
            Office in the field of the non-profit sector. She is the supervisor of the Master's degree
            in Civil Society Studies and the PhD programme in Civil Sector Studies. She is an assessor

            member of the Scientific Board of the Cooperatio programme Sociology and Applied Social Sc
            University).
