            In order to implement the Rector of Charles University Measure No. 9/2024, Details on Ensu

            Possibility of Continuing the Study of the Same or Similar Study Programme in the Event of
            Accreditation and Authorisation to Pursue the Study Programme Under Institutional Accredit
            issue the following directive of the Dean.

            Article 1: Introductory provisions
            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
            This directive regulates the details and organisational issues of ensuring the possibility

            studying the same or a similar study programme at the faculty in the event of the terminat
            accreditation of the doctoral study programme Social Policy and Social Work, field of stud



            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
            Article 2: Successor study programme

            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
            The Internal Evaluation Board of Charles University, in its resolution No.: UKRUK/ 172743/
            March 2024, discussed the accreditation of the study programme Social Work and referred it

            for approval, which, according to Resolution No.: NAU-333/2023-15 of 27 June 2024, decided
            accreditation. The study programme Social Policy and Social Work, the field of study Socia
            accreditation is terminated, is similar in content to the study programme Social Work accr

            National Accreditation Office.

            Article 3: Deadline for inclusion in the study plan for completion of the degree
            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

            Learners who are studying in the academic year 2024/2025 in the programme of study Social 
            Work, a programme of study in Social Work whose accreditation is being terminated, and per
            studies in this programme of study are interrupted, shall be enrolled in a successor progr

            later than 15 December 2024, and the Departmental Board shall assess whether it is necessa
            curriculum.

            Article 4: Final provisions

            ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
            1.This directive shall enter into force on the date of signature.
            2.This directive shall enter into force on 15 July 2024.
