The Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology focuses on research on pressing contemp challenges, including inequality and marginalization, gender, kinship and care, migration, change, human–environment relations, and more-than-human perspectives. It also engages wit and the anthropology of art and music. Responsibilities The successful candidate will: • Teach one course per semester (in English). • Actively contribute to the academic life of the department. • Submit at least one publication in peer-reviewed journals during the fellowship. Salary and Conditions • Duration: 24 months. • Salary: 42,000 CZK per month (approximately 1,700 EUR, gross). • This position does not include a dedicated research budget.
