Mental Health Day: Relieve Stress with Coloring at FHS

World Mental Health Day falls on October 10, 2025, and the Faculty of Humanities CU will be taking part.

From this day on, you can treat yourself to a moment of peace and relaxation – colored pencils and coloring books will be available in the café’s relaxation zone and in the exchange room. Come and unwind, and relieve stress in a creative way.

We also invite you to the Mental Health Day event at the Hybernská Campus, which will take place on October 9, 2025. The program will also include several interesting lectures in English. For example, you can look forward to:

• Navigating LGBTQ+ Mental Health Research in Central and Eastern Europe: Understanding Challenges and Advancements in a Unique Context

• Women with Autism Spectrum Disorder – Where Do We Stand?
