            Where to view your grades on the SIS?Under the SUMMARY OF EXAM RESULTS, you can check anyt

            grades have been published already.
            You may adjust your personal "user options" there to receive an automatic e-mail message t

            You find your (Czech) grade under the RES. column there.
            EC = Number of ECTS credits.


            Your corresponding ECTS grades will be listed in your final Transcript, based on the conve
            scale below:

            Once all your expected grades are published on the SIS, please download your official digi
            Transcript of Records and submit it to your home university for grade recognition.


            Please note: The International Office does not send your Transcript of Records to your hom
            Submitting the Transcript is the student’s responsibility.
            The only exception applies to students coming through university-wide agreements—in these 

            sends the Transcript directly.
            How to download your Transcript of Records from the SIS?
            You access your Transcript on the SIS under the Summary of exam results by clicking on the

            "Print Transcript of Records with the electronic seal" (the last one in the row).

            End of Stay CertificateCome IN PERSON to the FHS International office at the very end of y
            your Certificate signed.

            Come on a day very close to your departure, depending on your travel arrangements. Please 
            meeting via e-mail beforehand.
            If you have not received any specific form from your home university, you may use the Char

            Confirmation [ URL "FHSENG-942-version1-confirmation_of_stay.doc"] form.

            Please note: rather than the official semester dates, the exact dates of your attendance/s

            University as indicated in your End of Stay Certificate are important for calculating your
            "end date" of your mobility: the date when you come for the signature + 1 day (if you do n
            on your departure date)

            "start date" of your mobility: the first day of the Orientation Programme.
