            hereby declare a Dean's day at the Faculty of Humanities on November 15, 2019 from 12.30 p
            Classes take place normally until 12.30 p.m.

            1.This Measure enters into force on the day of its signature.
            2.This Measure takes effect on 7 November 2019.
