Tereza Stöckelová Appointed Associate Professor of Sociology
Tereza Stöckelová of the Department of General Anthropology of the Faculty of Humanities Charles University was appointed an associate professor of sociology on October 1, 2016. Congratulations!
Her research area covers sociocultural anthropology, namely the sociology of science and technology, post-structuralist social theory, qualitative research approach including ethnography, the transformation of Czech research and educational institutions, the nature and role of expert knowledge in disputes regarding the environment, and reflexive movement of social-scientific knowledge between science and society.
