In order to implement the Directive of the Rector of Charles University No. 9/2024, Details to ensure the possibility to continue studying the same or similar study programme in the event of termination of accreditation and authorization to pursue a study programme under institutional accreditation, I issue the following directive of the Dean.
This directive regulates the details and organisational issues of ensuring the possibility to continue studying the same or similar study programme (hereinafter referred to as "SP") at the faculty in case of termination of accreditation of doctoral study programmes:

Students studying in the academic year 2023/2024 in study programmes whose accreditation is being terminated (see Article 1 of this directive) and persons whose studies in this study programme are interrupted will be enrolled in successor study programmes as of 6 December 2024 and organisationally assigned to the study plan for completion of their studies.
This directive shall enter into force on the date of signature.
This directive shall enter into force on 24 June 2024.
