As we step outside, we are surrounded by countless musical improvisations of nature. David Rothenberg accompanied hummingbirds, whales and insects and by doing so showed us how we can become a part of these musical improvisations. He demonstrated and passed on his method to the participants of The Music from Nature summer school, which was under the guidance of Oldřich Poděbradský from the Department of Social and Cultural Anthropology. At the end of May, the participants recorded the sounds of Prague's nature (including the sounds of Stromovka Park in the early morning) under the guidance of David Rothenberg. After editing these sounds, they played their compositions in the FHS atrium.
