Starting today, FHS staff can fill in the personal income tax declaration (pink paper), apply for the annual tax settlement and apply for a taxable income certificate electronically via the new HR Portal. From January 2025, all confirmations and applications will be processed only through the HR Portal. You can also upload your certificates or documents (e.g. pension statements, donation certificates, etc.).
All the necessary manuals, videos, instructions and other documents can be found here (UK Intranet). To log in to the HR Portal, enter your personal number and the password you have for CAS.
