The Faculty of Humanities invites you to join an international conference for social workers, nurses, educators and team members in the social and health field: "Enhancing reflexivity at the workplace". The conference takes place at the Conference Centre GreenPoint on June 24 from 10.00 am to 4.30 pm.

Reflexivity has been recognized as central for guiding practitioners towards the best forms of accountable practice during difficult times. However, reflexivity is a complex phenomenon taking place on several levels. It can be nurtured into a complex competence based on different psychological components and their interplay with educational and organizational contexts. What hinders and what enhances the development of individual and team reflexivity? Renowned International and Czech Guests and Research Team members of GACR will present their key ideas, empirical and analytical insights, and concrete inspiration for realistic strategies to enhance different levels of reflexivity in students and practitioners in social work and nursing.
