The Exam period in the Summer Term at the Faculty of Humanities starts on May 28th and ends on September 14th.
The exam time can be stressful for anyone. So here are some tips how to relieve stress:
Write down everything you need to do and go through the list one thing at a time.
Schedule in some cool things to look forward to. Keep in mind that there are summer holidays between July 1st and August 31st :-).
Take regular breaks and do some exercise.
Make some herbal tea (chamomile is particularly calming).
Keep things in perspective. Your exams are important but the learning process as such much more so. And there is always September…
Do not hesitate to visit the Advice and Counselling Centres.
