There are 4 Calls for Applications for Erasmus mobility for teaching and/or tranining per year for each quarter separately.
It is possible to apply according to the calendar bellow:

July - September (Q3) |

The Calls are published via the FHS IRO News.
The applications are to be submitted online via the online platform IS Věda (after login, go to the PAS Projects and Tenders Module) by the set deadline at the latest.
Once you have filed the application on the platform, your head of the department to be asked for approval via the platform. It needs to be approved before the set deadline as it is not possible to submit the application without the approval.
For detailed information see Manual for Applicants.
At the same time, it is necessary to discuss and pre-agree the teaching or training activities with the partner university or organizing institution and the head of your department at the FHS. Those activities are to be filled in the application.
If planning for a teaching mobility, make sure there is a valid Erasmus+ Inter-Institutional Agreement with the respective university, see the Partner Universities section.
Mobilities for training/staff weeks may also be carried out at a non-partner institution as those mobilities do not require an Erasmus Inter-Institutional Agreement.
The recommended length of a mobility is 5 working days, whereas the minimum is 2 working days.
In case of a teching mobility, it is necessary to teach a minimum of 8 teaching hours per 5 working days as well as per shorter stays.
Applications successful in the FHS selection round will be then nominated to the central CU Erasmus Office for approval.
For more information on mobilities within the Erasmus+ programme and the administrative procedure visit the Erasmus+ Staff Mobilities section.
