Charles University Sport Centre

Sport facilities are located in HOSTIVAŘ (Bruslařská 1132, Prague 15) (5-8 minutes walk from the Hostivar Hall of Residence).

If you are travelling to the Charles University Sport Centre from other locations than the Hostivar Dorm, you can plan your route via public transport on the Prague Public Transit website. The nearest bus stop is called Gercenova.

Rector’s Sports Day and other sport events

The traditional Rector’s Sports Day is an opportunity for students and teaching staff of the University’s Prague faculties to meet members of the public – both on and off the sports field. The Sports Day showcases a wide range of sporting disciplines. The Sports Day website contains a list of the sports grounds and facilities where the events take place, plus a detailed overview of the various sports and the complete programme of the upcoming Rector’s Sports Day.
