The electronic elections to the AS FH CU and AS CU started on 22 November at 10:00 a.m. You can vote until Thursday 25 November at 14:00.
You can vote for both senates at https://volby.is.cuni.cz.
You can access the app with the same login details you use for SIS. You will find all the information you need on how to use the voting app in this manual.
You can select your candidates for the AS FH CU here, and candidates for the AS CU here.
Students can only vote for their student representatives to the AS FH CU Student Curia or the AS CU Student Curia, they cannot vote for the Academic Staff Curia. Conversely, only academic staff members can vote for the AS FH CU Academic Staff Curia or AS UK Academic Staff Curia. They in turn cannot vote for the student curia.
In the elections to the AS FH CU you can tick 1 - 3 candidates in the election application. Instructions are also given directly in the election application.

On Wednesday, November 15, 2021, the Election Committee published candidate lists for elections to the AS FHS CU and to the AS CU.
A total of 19 people are running for the AS FHS CU (9 for the Academic Chamber and 10 for the Student Chamber).
A total of 6 people are running for the AS CU (2 for the Academic Chamber and 4 for the Student Chamber).

The list of student voters and the list of academic staff voters were generated in accordance with the Code of Electoral Procedure for the AS CU and the Code of Electoral Procedure for the AS FH CU as of 5. 11. 2021.

Academic Senate elections are coming up. This year we are going to have both elections for the Academic Senate of FH CU and elections for the Academic Senate of CU. Both elections will be held together on 22-25 November 2021.
Candidates from both academics and students can be nominated until 10.00 am on Monday 15 November.
Candidates may be nominated by any member of the academic community of the Faculty. Any member of academic staff as well as any student can be nominated as a candidate – in both cases, their membership in the academic community of the Faculty is a necessary prerequisite.
The same candidate may be nominated to both Senates.
Each nominee must accept their nomination. The election committee will request the acceptance of nomination from each nominee.
Nominations will be made electronically via a web form.
The NOMINATION FORM is to be found here.
For the purposes of the verification of your identity, the form is accessible only after logging into MS Office 365 University platform. In the first step of the login, write your login in the form "personalnumber@cuni.cz" (ID number or UKČO - you can find it on your UK card or in the SIS). You will then be redirected to the CAS login page, where you will be able to log in with your usual login details. It is not possible to fill in this form without logging in, which is also the identification of the person.
Instructions how to access MS Office 365 using university login, can be found here (only in Czech).
Make sure you are actually logged into your university account with MS Office before working with the form.
Only one candidate can be nominated for one of the senates in each form. If you wish to nominate more than one candidate, or nominate the same candidate for both Senates, you must complete the form for each nomination separately.
Filling out the form takes almost no time. It can be filled out also using a mobile phone.
Identification of the nominator (Charles University ID number, name and surname - are automatically verified by your login to the electronic form),
Identification of the nominee (Charles University ID number, name and surname - to be filled out in the form),
contact e-mail of the nominator (to be filled out in the form).
Nominations of the candidates for the AS FH CU and AS CU are accepted in the period of October 22 – November 15, 10 am.
Candidate lists will be published by the Election Committee no earlier than Monday 15 November and no later than Friday 19 November.
Elections to the AS FH CU and AS CU will take place on 22 - 25 November.

In accordance with Article 2 of the Election Rules of the Academic Senate of the Faculty of Humanities, Charles University, elections to the AS FHS CU will take place on November 22–25, 2021. The AS FHS CU sets the electronic method of elections.
The term of office of the newly elected faculty senators begins on February 1, 2022, and ends on January 31, 2025.
The term of office of the newly elected student senators begins on February 1, 2022, and ends on January 31, 2024.
The AS FHS CU sets the date of elections to the Academic Senate of Charles University at the FHS on November 22–25, 2021. The AS FHS CU sets the electronic method of elections.

The AS FHS CU establishes the election committee for elections to the AS FHS CU, composed of Hedvika Novotná (faculty, chairwoman), Jiří Tourek (faculty, member), David Jelínek (student, member), Jakub Švec (student, member), Jakub Marek (faculty, alternate), and Tatiana Chavalková Badurová (student, alternate).
The AS FHS CU establishes a partial election committee for elections to the AS CU, composed of Hedvika Novotná (faculty, chairwoman), Jiří Tourek (faculty, member), David Jelínek (student, member), Jakub Švec (student, member), Jakub Marek (faculty, alternate), and Tatiana Chavalková Badurová (student, alternate).
