Elections to the Academic Senate of FH CU began on 20 November at 10.00.
Elections are held only electronically.

You can vote until Thursday 23 November at 14.00.
You can access the application with the same login details you use for SIS.
You will find all the information you need on how to use the election application in this manual.
Here you can see the list of candidates for AS FH CU.
Students can only elect their student representatives to the student chamber of the AS FH CU, they cannot vote for the chamber of academic staff.
Only academic staff members can vote for the AS FH CU Academic Staff Chamber. They, on the other hand, cannot vote for the student chamber.
In the elections to the AS FH CU you can tick 1 - 3 candidates in the election application. Instructions on how to vote are also given directly in the election application.

On Monday 13 November 2023, the Election Commission published the candidate lists for the elections to the AS FH CU.
A total of 13 persons are running for the AS FH CU this year, 6 of them for the chamber of academic staff and 7 for the student chamber.

The elections will be held electronically from 20-23 November 2023.

The list of student voters and the list of academic staff voters were generated in accordance with the Code of Electoral Procedure for the AS FH CU.

The elections for the Academic Senate of FH CU are imminent. The elections will take place from 20 to 23 November 2023.
Nominations for candidates are now open.
Candidates may be nominated by any member of the academic community of the Faculty. An academic staff member (see the definition of the term "academic staff member" in the Rector's Directive No. 15/2020) or a student may be nominated as a candidate for a member of the Academic Senate, in both cases as a condition of membership in the academic community of the Faculty.
The nominee must agree to accept the nomination. The Election Commission shall seek the consent of the individual candidate(s) to accept the nomination.
Nominations of candidates will be made electronically via a web form.

As we need to verify your identity, the form is only accessible after you have logged in to the University's MS Office 365 platform. The first step in logging in is to enter your login as "personalnumber@cuni.cz" (or ID number - you can find it on your Charles University ID card or in SIS). This will take you to the CAS login page where you can log in using your usual login details. You cannot complete this form without logging in, which also identifies you as a person.
Make sure you are logged in to your university account with MS Office before you start working with the form.

Only one candidate may be nominated per form. If you wish to nominate more than one candidate, you must complete a separate form for each nomination.
It will take you a fraction of the time to complete the form. You can also complete it from your mobile phone.

Candidates for the Academic Senate of FH CU can be nominated between 5 October and 10 November until 23.59.
The lists of candidates will be published by the Election Commission no earlier than Monday 13 November and no later than Thursday 16 November.
Elections to the Academic Senate of FH CU will take place on 20-23 November 2023.

In accordance with Article 2 of the Code of Electoral Procedure for the Academic Senate of the faculty, the AS FH CU announces elections to the AS FH CU1 on 20-23 November 2023.
The AS FH CU provides for an electronic method of elections.
The term of office of the newly elected senators from among academic staff shall begin on 1 February 2024 and end on 31 January 2027.
The term of office of newly elected student senators anshall begin on 1 February 2024 and end on 31 January 2026.

The AS FH CU establishes an election commission for the elections to the AS FH CU consisting of Selma Muhič Dizdarevič (academic staff, chair), Jana Wohlmuth Markupová (academic staff, member), Karolína Horáčková (student, member), Markéta Hampeisová (student, member), Marie Novotná (academic staff, alternate), Martina Pustková (student, alternate).
