Once all your expected grades are published on the SIS, please download your official digitally signed Transcript of Records and submit it to your home university for grade recognition.

Please note that the International Office will not send your TR to your home university; it is the student´s responsibility to submit the Transcript to his/her home university.

How to download your Transcript of Records from the SIS?

You access your Transcript on the SIS under the Summary of exam results by clicking on the PhD Icon labeled "Print Transcript of Records with the electronic seal" (the last one in the row).

End of Stay Certificate

Come for the signature IN PERSON to the FHS International office at the very end of your stay.

Come on a day close to your departure, depending on your travel arrangements. Please arrange for a meeting via e-mail beforehand.

If you have not received any specific form from your home university, you may use the Charles University Confirmation form .

Please note that the exact dates of your attendance/stay at Charles University, rather than the official semester dates, are important for calculating your Erasmus+ grant.

"end date" of your mobility: the date of your last visit to the International Office
