The academic year is organized into two semesters.
Winter semesters usually begin in the second half of September and finish in the middle of February.
Summer semesters usually begin in the middle of February and finish in the end of June.
At the beginning of each semester, there are Orientation Days organized for the new incoming students of the Faculty of Humanities.
Each semester consists of a teaching and examination period.
