This Dean's Directive No. 6/2021 amends and supplements the Dean's Directive No. 11/2020 as amended by the Dean's Directive No. 1/2021 of 12 January 2021.
In Article 2, the following paragraph concerning the terms of evaluation of individual study plans in doctoral study programs is added, which reads as follows:
„Deadlines for annual evaluation of individual study plans (hereinafter referred to as "ISP") within doctoral study programs:

Launch of the annual ISP evaluation: |
from June 1, 2021 |

Handing over the completed ISP evaluation by the student to the tutor: |
until September 17, 2021 |

Submission of ISP evaluation by the supervisor to the subject council: |
until September 30, 2021 |

Approval and conclusion of ISP evaluation by the subject council: |
until October 30, 2021“ |
This Directive shall come into force on the day on which it is signed.
This Directive shall take effect on 6 April 2021.

It is possible to register for the state doctoral examination and submit the dissertation at any time during the entire academic year (except summer holidays), provided that according to the Study and Examination Regulations of Charles University it is possible to set the date of the state doctoral examination and defense individually. The thesis must be submitted at least half a year before its planned defense. |
This Directive shall come into force on the day on which it is signed.
This Directive shall take effect on 3 July 2020.
This Directive cancels the Dean’s Directive No. 2/2020 with effect as from 1 October 2020.
