Article 1: Contribution to interest on a special-purpose loan for housing-related needs

In accordance with Article 3(7) of Dean's Directive No. 3/2017, as amended by Dean's Directive No. 21/2019, I hereby determine that in the calendar year 2022, the interest contribution on the special-purpose loan for housing-related needs

shall not be paid,

since, given the balance and the current use of the social fund held by the Faculty, it can be assumed that its disbursement would jeopardise the disbursement of the allowances provided for in Articles 1 and 7 of Dean's Directive No 3/2017, as amended by Dean's Directive No 21/2019.

Article 2: Final provisions

1. This directive shall enter into force on the date of signature.

2. This directive shall enter into force on 3 January 2022.

3. This directive repeals the directive of the Dean of the Faculty No. 23/2020 on the date of its entry into force.
