Determination of the range of personal remuneration for employees of the Faculty of Humanities of Charles University



Article 1: Introductory provisions

In accordance with Article 8(3) of the Internal Wage Regulation of Charles University, I hereby establish the range of personal allowances for employees of the Faculty of Humanities of Charles University (hereinafter referred to as the "Faculty").


Article 2: Range of personal remuneration

  1. A faculty employee may be awarded a personal remuneration of up to 100% of his/her salary scale.

  2. A faculty employee who achieves outstanding work results over a long period of time and performs exceptionally significant scientific, research, artistic or pedagogical activities or professional activities may be awarded a personal remuneration of up to 150% of his/her salary tariff.


Article 3: Final Provisions

  1. This directive shall enter into force on the date of signature.

  2. This directive shall enter into force on 1 January 2022.
