In accordance with Article 8(3) of the Internal Wage Regulation of Charles University, I hereby establish the range of personal allowances for employees of the Faculty of Humanities of Charles University (hereinafter referred to as the "Faculty").
A faculty employee may be awarded a personal remuneration of up to 100% of his/her salary scale.
A faculty employee who achieves outstanding work results over a long period of time and performs exceptionally significant scientific, research, artistic or pedagogical activities or professional activities may be awarded a personal remuneration of up to 150% of his/her salary tariff.
This directive shall enter into force on the date of signature.
This directive shall enter into force on 1 January 2022.
