The Department of Philosophy of the Faculty of Humanities Charles University invites you to a lecture by Prof. Dr. Daniela Camhy, Dr. h. c. (Karl-Franzens-Universität, Graz): Digital Ethics. The lecture takes place in Liben on Thursday, April 21 at 12.30 pm.
Prof. Camhy's research interests in the field of philosophy include language philosophy, ethics, and philosophy of education. At the Faculty of Humanities prof. Camhy will give three public lectures in English.
The lecture will focus on ethical issues of digitization, introduce concepts, methods and positions of digital ethics analyzing and the effects of digitization on society and the individual. It aims to promote reflective competence in order to enable people to recognize the problems of digitization and to develop solutions for responsible action.
