The exam period in the Winter Term starts on January 9, and ends on February 10, 2023.
The exam time can be stressful for anyone. So here are some tips how to relieve stress:
Write down everything you need to do and go through the list one thing at a time.
Schedule in some cool things to look forward to.
Take regular breaks and do some exercise.
Make some herbal tea.
Keep things in perspective. Your exams are important but the learning process as such much more so.
Do not hesitate to visit the Advice and Counselling Centres.
