Education:

2002 graduated as Mgr. of Social Work at the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Education, Comenius University in Bratislava, master's thesis: "The social world of refugees in Slovakia".

2003 rigorous examination in the field of Social Work at the Faculty of Education  Comenius University in Bratislava (PhDr.), rigorous thesis on "Field social work as a method of social work".

2008 completed doctoral studies (PhD.) in Social Work at the Faculty of Health and Social Work of Trnava University in Trnava, PhD thesis on "Social Work with asylum seekers in Slovakia and possibilities of its improvement".

2013 completed the habilitation procedure in the field of Social Work at the Faculty of Education, Catholic University in Ružomberok, habilitation thesis on "Historical background of the science of Social Work"

2003 - 2004 co-author and implementer of the project "Refugee Social Clinics" at the Department of Social Work, Faculty of Education, Comennius university in Bratislava

2007 project "KRIŠTOF" - communication skills training for homeless people in cooperation with OZ Proti prúdu - lecturer of social skills for homeless people. The project was implemented by the Proti prúdu Civic Association and financed through the European Social Fund - IS EQUAL

Research projects:

2009 researcher in the project "Qualitative research - a condition for successful integration" in the research activity "Qualitative research focused on the experiences of legal migrants with integration in the Slovak Republic". The project was funded by the European Union from the European Fund for the Integration of Third-Country Nationals. Solidarity in the management of migration flows.
